After being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and receiving treatment at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas, Jim Nantz Jr., Jim Nantz’s father passed in 2008. The Nantz National Alzheimer Center was established in Houston, Texas, in January 2011 by Nantz and The Methodist Hospital.
