Who We Are Looking For
Before you submit your pitch, please make sure that you have first-hand experience with the topics and/or destinations that you want to write about.
We are looking for writers to cover topics and destinations that they have personally experienced. In particular, we are looking for people who can write about authentic experiences with places, activities, events, hotels, etc. and offer advice to fellow travelers and adventure seekers. If you haven’t traveled to the places or done the activities that you’re writing about, then it’s unlikely that we will accept your pitch.
Types of Articles We’re Looking For
Flyatn is a travel website where you can find information about different travel destinations, travel tips, outdoor recreation, food, and adventure. We are looking for articles that inform, offer “something new,” and inspire our readers to book their next vacation or experience. We prefer long-form content with a minimum of 600-800 words.
Some topics we’re interested in include:
- Off-the-beaten-path vacation ideas
- Inspiring destinations
- Family travel tips
- Best way to tour/hike/eat through/see a region
- Unique attractions
- Your experience (hiking, camping, kayaking, climbing, snorkeling, scuba diving, skiing, biking…) in a specific location, etc.

We accept original material only. Articles cannot be published elsewhere and must be exclusive to Flyatn.
